What it keeps track of
Eight things that are usually scattered across a wiki, a mailbox, a spreadsheet and somebody's memory.
People
Every person, their email, role, location and start date. Enable and disable accounts, mark shared mailboxes, and see at a glance what somebody's access actually adds up to.
Groups
Security and distribution groups with their members, categories and purpose written down — so the group nobody remembers creating has a reason attached to it.
Folder permissions
A folder tree with the permissions on each one, inherited or explicit. Change access across many folders at once, and see the access a person ends up with through their groups.
Software licences
What you pay for, who is assigned to it, and when it expires — with the expired ones badged, so a renewal is a decision rather than a surprise.
Assets
Laptops, workstations, printers and anything else you hand out — make, model, serial, warranty date and who is holding it. Decommissioned kit stays on the record rather than disappearing from it.
Maintenance jobs
Raise a job like "upgrade these to Windows 11", pick the devices it covers, and work the checklist down. Assign it, resolve the whole batch in one note or a device at a time, and every resolution lands in that machine's own service history.
Onboarding checklists
Reusable templates that start automatically when somebody new is added, so the fifteenth hire gets the same setup as the first — and you can see what is still outstanding.
Knowledge base
Runbooks, how-tos and reference documents kept beside the directory they describe, rather than in a share nobody can find.

Priced by the size of your directory, not by how many people log in. Logins are unlimited on every band, so everyone who needs an answer can have one.
What counts as a record
Counted
- ✓Each person, including anyone who has left
- ✓Each group and shared mailbox
- ✓Each asset — laptops, workstations, printers, servers
Not counted
- —Folders and their permissions, however deep the tree
- —Software licences, onboarding checklists, maintenance jobs
- —Knowledge base articles, and anything in the recycle bin
Twenty people with forty laptops, ten groups and fifteen shared mailboxes comes to 85 records — comfortably inside the first band. Outgrowing one is a single click in Licence settings: your subscription is adjusted and the difference is prorated, with no new checkout. Going over a band only stops new records being added — nothing is ever hidden, locked or deleted.
